WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are searching for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Backend Development. As a Technical Architect, you will lead our development efforts, leveraging your expertise in Express.js, Node.js, Python, and GraphQL, focusing on designing robust technical architectures.

HOW DOES YOUR FIRST 10 DAYS LOOK LIKE?

  • Dive into existing projects and gain familiarity with our tech stack.
  • Lead in Backend development using Express.js, Node.js, and Python.
  • Initiate collaboration with the Full Stack team on ongoing projects.

HOW DOES YOUR FIRST MONTH LOOK LIKE?

  • Support the design of technical architecture, contributing to MEAN & MERN stack development.
  • Write compelling business logic using Rest API and design algorithms for system modules.
  • Collaborate with Technical Writers for comprehensive documentation

HOW DOES YOUR FIRST 3 MONTHS LOOK LIKE?

  • Lead Backend development projects, emphasizing database design using MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Spearhead quick pilots and proof-of-concept (POC) development.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their skill development.

HOW DOES YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS LOOK LIKE?

  • Assume a leadership role in the development of scalable solutions.
  • Actively participate in code reviews and enforce best practices.
  • Contribute to the implementation of Web RTC & Socket based applications.

HOW DOES YOUR FIRST 12 MONTHS LOOK LIKE?

  • Lead and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive the adoption of Docker/Containerized application development.
  • Contribute to the understanding and implementation of AWS/Azure cloud services.

KRA'S YOU WILL OWN

PRIMARY

  • Technical architecture design and implementation
  • Timely delivery of high-quality Backend solutions
  • Mentorship and development of the Full Stack team

SECONDARY

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams for project success.
  • Contribution to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

CHALLENGES YOU WILL OWN

  • End-to-end ownership of Backend development projects.
  • Collaboration with Product Management and Quality Assurance teams

TOOLS yOU sHOULD bE wELL vERSED wITH

  • Proficient in Express.js, Node.js, Python, and GraphQL
  • Experience in MEAN and MERN stacks
  • Strong knowledge of creating RESTful APIs
  • Expertise in databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
  • Understanding of AWS/Azure cloud services
  • Familiarity with Docker/Containerized application development
